Round 3 of the 2011 500 Car Club Trial Series
To be conducted as a Touring Assembly.
The event will start at Judbury Park, Judbury at 3.00 pm ,with the first car due to finish around 10.00 pm. The Tour has been approved as a MULTI-CLUB EVENT.
Competitors can expect a compact event with easy navigation for the novice. Some map plotting will be required and a number of different navigational techniques will need to be used to correctly traverse the route (e.g. stick charts and accurate map scaling). There will be some extra tricks for the experts.
From the Directing Team:
We have set the route to run on good dirt roads and tracks but some are a bit grotty but we believe that an every day road car on road tyres will complete the course ok; however you must consider the possibility of stone chips or scratches from vegetation on some road sides!& bitumen roads.
The organisers will supply maps for the entire event. Don’t forget to bring along suitable navigation equipment.
